Return and exchange policy on merchandise purchased online:
If you're not completely satisfied with your oldnavy.com purchase, send it back to Old Navy. Old Navy will be happy to make
an exchange or issue you a refund for the original price paid when the item is returned by the "Return by" date on your invoice.
The "Return by" date is usually about ninety (90) days after your order date. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
If you make a return after ninety (90) days, you will receive a merchandise exchange or an Old Navy GiftCard for the original price paid.
Old Navy GiftCards may be redeemed by any customer and used at Old Navy stores, Old Navy Outlet stores, and oldnavy.com.
Return and exchange policy on merchandise purchased at an Old Navy Store:
Just bring the item back to an Old Navy store (but not to an Old Navy Outlet store or Old Navy stores in Canada).
Returns, exchanges, and price adjustments must be made in the country of original purchase.
For returns with an original sales receipt within ninety (90) days of purchase:
A merchandise exchange will be offered for the original price paid, or a full refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
Returns paid for by check (processed as a paper check, e-check*, or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)) cannot be processed until five (5) days
have elapsed from the original date of purchase and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please note that e-check does not draw
funds instantaneously. The time required varies depending upon your financial institution.
For returns with an original sales receipt after 90 days of purchase:
A merchandise exchange or Old Navy GiftCard will be issued for the original price paid. Old Navy GiftCards may be redeemed by any customer
and used at Old Navy stores, Old Navy Outlet stores, and oldnavy.com.
For returns with a gift receipt:
A merchandise exchange or an Old Navy GiftCard will be issued for the original price paid.
For returns without a receipt, or with an even exchange receipt:
A merchandise exchange will be offered for anything in the store. Or, you may receive an Old Navy Merchandise Certificate by mail
for the returned item's current selling price. Valid I.D. is required. Only the person whose name appears on the certificate may redeem
Old Navy Merchandise Certificates. Merchandise Certificates are redeemable at Old Navy stores only. I.D. is required for issuance and
redemption. Stores in San Francisco, New York, Georgia, and St. Louis may have slightly different return policies. Please see store signs for details.
